REFUNDS

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Please contact our customer support team at support@intrenders.com to commence the return process.

EXCHANGES

For defective or damaged products, promptly contact us via Whatsapp and Call +92344-0203532 to arrange an exchange. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are non-returnable, including:

Personalized or custom-made items

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. In such instances, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.


CANCELLATIONS
